IMPORTANT.  READ BEFORE ACCEPTING TRAILERING:

• All rates are semi-negotiable depending on the reason for the trip, whether or not there is a full trailer, and whether we can work a deal on labor.
  

• Negotiations should be done prior to the trip.
  

• Trips to pick up horses away from The Austin Polo Club are extra.
  

• The rates are based on my going there anyway.
  

• The rates do not include use of the living quarters if that trailer is being used.
  

• Rates double if I am not going anyway.
  

• Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.
  

• I reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time when no prior payment has been made.
  

• I am a very careful driver, and accept no responsibility for any damage to any horse while hauling or stationary.
  

• The decision to trailer with me constitutes acceptance of the terms above.
